Terms and conditions

Unworn jewelry may be returned within a week of purchase with a receipt and in original packaging.

Jewelry that breaks due to manufacturing defects will be repaired within one year of purchase. 

Repairs are made on a case-by-case basis and in some situations, a fee may be required. 

Lost jewelry will not be replaced free of charge, however, a replacement piece can be made for a fee. 

Since staffing, site rental fees, and materials are dependent on class enrollment cancellations will receive a full refund if made one week prior to the scheduled class. Cancellations made 48 hrs. before the class will receive 50% of their fee back. No refunds for cancellations less than 48 hrs in advance.
